Walmart Tire Sales

Walmart's annual tire sale will run from Nov. 7–13, 2020. Shoppers will get $20 off per tire and get free lifetime balance service from Walmart Auto Care Centers on all Goodyear-branded tires. The savings are available online and in stores.

TVs are a hot commodity year-round, but all deals are not created equally. Black Friday is a great time to shop for a TV at Walmart. For six days in 2019, shoppers could bring in an old car seat and get a $30 Walmart gift card toward a new one. The car seats collected in the program were 100% recycled by TerraCycle. Walmart Price Match

Good news shoppers! Walmart does price match if you find an identical item at a lower price from another store or even on Walmart.com. Sometimes the in-store price is higher than what you can find in Walmart's online stock, in which case the cashier should lower the price for you on the spot. Walmart also price matches for most online merchants, including Amazon, Target, Kohl's, Home Depot, Lowe's, and many more .

There are some caveats to Walmart's price match policy though. The item must be identical, meaning the size, color, quantity, and model number must match exactly, and it must be in stock at both retailers. Walmart does not price match a previously purchased item if the price is lowered at a later date. Price matches also aren't honored during Black Friday shopping weekend.

Walmart ended its Savings Catcher price-matching tool in May 2019. Previously, Walmart customers could upload their receipt to the program and it would automatically compare the prices paid to competitors' advertisements. If the Savings Catcher found a lower price, Walmart shoppers would receive a Walmart gift card for the difference.

Walmart Layaway

Holiday shopping is expensive for everyone. Walmart offers layaway services from August 30 to December 9 . This lets shoppers pick out their holiday gifts and then spread out the payments over time. Layaway is only available for in-store purchases.

How Walmart Layaway Works

It's a simple system: just bring your items to any Walmart store's designated layaway counter to get started. And best of all, there is no fee for starting a layaway plan. You will have to pay at least $20 or 20%, whichever is greater. All individuals items must cost $10 or more, and the total cost must be $50 or more. You can make payments at any time on your layaway plan at any register in the store.
